Meet Lauren

Lauren Kiproff-Downer is an organizational psychology practitioner, speaker, and organizational development consultant who helps organizations move forward during the moments that matter most. She is the founder of Perpara Organizational Development Consulting, a practice she launched in 2021 to support leaders and teams navigating growth, change, and critical organizational inflection points.
Lauren applies principles from Industrial and Organizational Psychology to help organizations better understand the human dynamics that shape performance, culture, and leadership. Her work focuses on helping organizations move through periods of change thoughtfully and successfully—whether those moments involve rapid growth, evolving culture, leadership transitions, workforce challenges, or shifts in strategy.
The vision for Perpara OD took shape during Lauren’s participation in the Nashville Business Incubation Center Foundations Program, where her capstone presentation earned the program’s Best Presentation Award. The experience helped crystallize her commitment to building a consulting practice grounded in evidence-based psychology and forward-thinking organizational design.
With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, organizational development, political theory, and strategic HR leadership, Lauren has worked across industries helping organizations navigate complex people and culture challenges. Her work often focuses on:
